Powers the congress program of BIM World MUNICH

Built for programs with parallel tracks
Generic event calendars list one thing after another. Congresses don’t work that way — your visitors need to see what runs where, at the same time.

The multi-track grid
Stages side by side, time on the left, every session where it belongs. Labeled day tabs, a header that stays put while visitors scroll, and per-type colors your attendees learn in seconds.
- One labeled tab per event day — no hidden navigation
- Sticky toolbar: date, search, filters always in reach
- Days with a single stage automatically use the full width

Speakers your visitors actually click
Every session links its speakers. One click opens the profile — square-cropped photo, role and company, bio, and every session they appear in. Maintained like any WordPress content.

Made for the phone in the aisle
Most program views happen on-site, on a phone. The grid scrolls smoothly, day tabs wrap, the header stays pinned — designed and tested mobile-first.
Session videos All paid plans
Paste a Vimeo or YouTube link per session: play icon in the grid, video in the details. Recordings keep your program page alive after the event.
Search & filters All paid plans
Visitors search across titles, speakers, tags and session details — and filter by stage, type, language or tag. Alphabetically sorted, obviously.
Your data, your server
Everything lives in your WordPress database. No third-party platform, no per-attendee pricing, no iframe. GDPR conversations become short.

Questions organizers ask us
How many stages or tracks can run in parallel?
As many as your event needs. Each stage gets its own column in the schedule grid; when they exceed the screen width, visitors scroll horizontally — with a scroll bar that stays visible above the grid.
Does it work with our existing WordPress theme?
Yes. The schedule is embedded with a shortcode or Gutenberg block and inherits your fonts. Colors per session type are configured in the plugin, so the grid matches your event branding.
Where is our program data stored?
In your own WordPress database. No external platform, no iframe from someone else’s SaaS, no visitor data leaving your server — which keeps your GDPR story simple.
Can we embed session videos?
Yes, on every paid plan: paste a Vimeo or YouTube URL per session and visitors get a play icon in the schedule, plus the video in the session details. Playback stops cleanly when the window is closed.
We run several events per year — does that work?
Yes. Events (fairs) are separate entities with their own stages, days and sessions. Embed each program on its own page.
Is the interface available in German?
Yes — the plugin ships with a full German translation, and sessions can be flagged per language so multilingual programs stay readable.
Who builds this?
Plattenbrand GmbH, a German web agency at Lake Starnberg near Munich. The plugin was built for and battle-tested at a professional trade congress. Setup support is available — just write us.
